How Navi tracking works — step by step
1 Pickup Confirmation & Loading
Once your vehicle is assigned to a carrier, Navi confirms the pickup date and sends you driver details and an estimated arrival time. On pickup day, the driver contacts you before arrival, and you get confirmation once your car is loaded.
2 In-Transit Updates
Navi provides updates at each major milestone via SMS, email, or the tracking portal.
3 Real-Time Location
90% of carriers are GPS-enabled. If a carrier's GPS goes offline or is switched off, Navi Track 360 keeps tracking. It estimates your car's position from the route, the last known location, and how fast that carrier actually moves, based on the miles it has already driven. The estimate stays close to live GPS, so you're never in the dark.
4 Delivery Confirmation
Before arrival, you receive a delivery window notification. Final delivery is confirmed with inspection and Bill of Lading sign-off.
