Ivan’s career in auto transport began from the ground up. He joined Montway Auto Transport in 2017 as a Dispatch and Support specialist, and over 6.5 years climbed through every level of the operation — from Retail Coordinator to Team Lead, Sales Operations Supervisor, Sales Operations Manager, and ultimately Senior Sales Operations Manager. That progression gave him a rare, end-to-end understanding of how auto transport actually works: from carrier dispatch to customer experience to large-scale sales operations.

Before founding Navi, Ivan served as Head of Sales at SGT Auto Transport, one of the country’s largest brokerages. It was his full view of the industry — from dispatch floors to executive sales — that made the gaps impossible to ignore: opaque pricing, manual processes, and a customer experience built on guesswork instead of data.
