No. Navi requires zero upfront payment. You don't pay anything when you book — only when a vetted carrier is confirmed and dispatched to pick up your vehicle. Many other brokers require a $100–$300 booking deposit before they'll even search for a carrier. We don't.
What happens if the price changes after I book?
Under our Navi Price Guarantee, if carrier rates shift after you book, we cover the difference up to $200. Your quote at booking equals your payment at delivery. This is one of the key differences from brokers who quote artificially low to win bookings, then raise the price when no carrier accepts the load at that rate.
How does Navi vet carriers?
Every carrier we assign meets four criteria: minimum 95% positive review score, current FMCSA operating authority, valid cargo insurance verified before pickup, and a clean safety record on file with the federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Carriers that fall below our standards are removed from our network. We don't post shipments to public load boards where any FMCSA-authorized driver can bid.
