You then receive a digital Bill of Lading and a carrier assignment update. Navi works only with verified carriers, checked through our internal Navi Score system, and your vehicle is covered bumper to bumper by the carrier's insurance.
3Pickup by a certified carrier
Your carrier arrives within the confirmed pick-up and delivery window. They inspect the vehicle, document any existing condition, and you both sign the Bill of Lading before loading.
